Ferry ride
They were excited to go on the ferry
We took the ferry to the island and it was a beautiful day. We rented bikes and zipped around the island stopping to enjoy the views. Mackinac Island is such a gorgeous place. We climbed up a cliff to Arch Rock and later rested at a scenic park along the water. We had lunch at a nice little shop and then continued our bike ride. We stopped at St. Anne Church and the public library for a while. We also found a playground to play at just below Fort Mackinac. We walked though the shopping area and stopped to watch the fudge being made. Of course we had to buy some, too.
